Hes facing 16 different charges in this case including first degree last year he eluded csp after a trooper attempted to pull him over. Prosecutors say he acted recklessly is responsible for driving his car into the trooper during the chase. The two troopers were investigating a crash when he slammed into them. Tefoe died on scene and he was only 21 years old. Stop should be throw out but csp violated protocol and says the trooper chasing him should have ended the support.
