Two people were arrested in connection with a case filed over the rape and abduction of a 15-year-old girl at Eidgaon area of Cox s Bazar.
The victim s grandfather filed a case against four people with Eidgaon Police Station on Saturday, reports our Cox s Bazar staff correspondent. Two of the accused still remain on the run.
The accused are, Jafar Alam alias Khorshed (55), general secretary of Eidgaon Microbus Drivers Association; Ahmad Ullah (26), a microbus driver; Zafar Alam (40), and Jalal alias Tukkuilla (19).
