LAHORE (Dunya News) – Governor Punjab Chaudhry Mohammad Sarwar has said that the gift of 0.5 million Covid-19 vaccines from China is a testament of perennial, ever strong friendship between Pakistan and China.
Speaking at launching ceremony of a book on telemedicine at the King Edward Medical University (KEMU) on Tuesday, he said vaccination of every Pakistani against coronavirus is the first priority of the government, adding that China has once again proved to be a time-tested friend who stands by in the hour of need.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Prime Minister Imran Khan on Wednesday directed to identify areas, where people are facing food shortage and even in getting two-times meal due to economic difficulties so that they can be reached under Ehsas Program s initiative no one should go to bed hungry.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Federal Minister for Information Shibli Faraz has said that Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) has opposed the resignations while claims of PDM’s protest and siege are dead.
Addressing a press conference after the meeting of the federal cabinet, the Information Minister said that the purpose of the 18th amendment was not to make the provinces separate states but to strengthen the federation. However, the Sindh government scored a political point.
He said that after coronavirus, the Sindh government stopped releasing wheat for political gains. By not releasing wheat, the PPP s aim was to harm the federal government politically. The Sindh government took a year and a half to permit to lay the 17-kilometer pipeline.

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: All illegal structures in the Federal Cabinet will be removed within six months, the Minister for Information and Broadcasting Syed Shibli Faraz said.
While briefing media in Islamabad on Monday about decisions taken by the Federal Cabinet, the minister said that the Cabinet was briefed that an anti-encroachment drive in the Federal Capital is continuing and all illegal structures will be removed within six months.
Shibli Faraz told that in the Cabinet meeting, Prime Minister Imran Khan expressed the resolve to eliminate hunger from the Country by extending support to the deserving people through the Ehsas Program.
