Arizona The Fairmount Scottsdale, Arizona’s largest and longest-running AAA Five Diamond hotel, is opening a new, ultra-luxe boutique property to its campus in Scottsdale. The Privado Villas, a “hotel within a hotel,” will bring 119 residential-style suites, situated in 14 pods, to a 65-acre property and replace the Casitas.
