Regina Police sent out news release shortly after 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, asking members of the community to avoid the area as they respond to an "apparent explosion."
“It’s been there as long as I can ever remember,” Virgina Horsman said as she recalled her memories at the restaurant which was the site of a gas line explosion Wednesday.
