CompassCare says it has filed with the State Supreme Court demanding that Amherst Police return its surveillance footage that it turned over to investigators.
The Amherst Police Department is investigating an incident on the 4300 block of North Bailey Avenue. Police are asking the public to stay out of the area at this time.
