On Thursday, Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders joined agriculture leaders and industry partners in declaring May as Arkansas Beef Month and Arkansas Egg Month.
1/2 cup of mayonaise
1 tablespoon of dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon of salt
a few drops of tabasco sauce
Spanish Paprika
Put the yolks in a Ziploc bag.
Add mayo, mustard, salt, pickle juice and tabasco sauce in the bag. Mix it together by squeezing the outside of the bag.
Cut the avocado in 24 pieces and put in a small bowl. Add in the fresh lime juice.
Cut a corner of the ziploc bag so that the mixture can be squeezed out.
Squeeze the yolk mixture into the egg whites. Add one piece of avocado on top of each egg. Sprinkle with paprika.
