of the year, in the spring, but seeing more and more on the shoulder seasons obviously places in memphis, 80 degrees yesterday. that s just unheard of for a december day when you get that kind of heat you can certainly get those kinds of tornadoes. with the yellow area here you see surrounding atlanta almost up to charlotte, that s the area that still is under the gun for something. all the way even towards blacksburg we have severe thunderstorm warnings likely just for wind. not seeing rotation with it. same story here for atlanta. down to the south here. worried a few of these storms here in this very warm sector again, not along the squall line, they could make put down hail and possibly even spin up, but not like yesterday. the ingredients were all there yesterday for these big tornados. we know the one that hit bowling green is at least in ef-3. found that damage and surveys are still going on. easily i can see some of these being ef-4s without a doubt.
it s different, however, we re not seeing the large supercell thunderstorms we see a line, a lynn yarp equation where we have tornadoes but smaller. till tornado watches including areas into st. louis area. now larger populated regions. we have a tornado warning, including st. louis county. we have two of them now and that s moving toward in area. they have cancelled the st. louis cardinal game outside because of the weather. more of this is continuing to spread. and as it makes its way a few more tornadoes this evening and overnight but not as severe as yesterday. thursday s the big day where we have a level three in the same region, wolf. the storm prediction center putting this out two days in advance. they could up it like yesterday to that level 5. if there was any good news at all i know this is no consolation to those that this damage and the tractor trailers that were tipped over today. cloud cover yesterday, kept us from getting the sun, heating it up and giving us the large
