The Australian Medical Association congratulates the 24 members who have been recognised for their services to medicine and the community in today’s Australia Day Honours list. The recipients include Professor Geoffrey Dobb, who has held a number of leadership positions in the AMA, including being a former Vice President of the AMA, who was made a Member of the Order (AM) in recognition of his services to intensive care medicine and to professional associations.
