(From our sister station, WRUL-FM) A wanted Tennessee man is behind bars following a multiple state, county, and agency chase and subsequent manhunt. White County Sheriff Jordan Weiss says his office was alerted by Nashville, Tennessee police this morning advising there was a wanted subject at the Skeeter Mountain rest stop on I-64 just outside Grayville. Brandon Freeman was wanted by US Marshals for Violation of Probation, known to be armed and dangerous, and was likely to fight law enforcement and attempt to evade arrest. Just before 11 am, agencies including the White County Sheriff's Department, Grayville PD, Edwards County Sheriff's Department, and Illinois State Police surrounded the area. When Weiss and ISP Troopers drove into the rest area and attempted to box in the vehicle Freeman was known to be driving, the suspect drove onto the sidewalk and fled west on the interstate with the pursuit on. After fleeing into Grayville city limits, along Route 1, and back onto I-6
