This annual injection of new material into the public domain impacts
North Dakota Quarterly as well which produced four issues in 1925 that are now free from any copyright restrictions. This is particularly significant for the
Quarterly because we don’t have individual author agreements dating to those years so have only been able to release the material via rather more restrictive open, but “no derivatives” licenses covering entire volumes. You can check them out here in the Archive.
