Reporter the manhunt for scott greene, who police say gunned down two iowa Police Officers, ended quietly on this rural road when he gave himself up to an employee of the state department of natural resources. He flagged down an employee of the dnr, presented his i. D. To that employee and asked that that employee called 911. Reporter greene was wanted for killing two Police Officers.
