Two longtime incumbents and a 22-year-old newcomer were victorious in the East Deer Board of Commissioners election Tuesday. Anthony Taliani, 75, a 51-year incumbent, was the highest vote-getter among the five candidates, notching 202 votes, or 23.68%, according to unofficial results from the Allegheny County Elections Department.
