You see emergency vehicles and personnel down there. According to state police, when the Emergency Response team went into the home, the suspect was found dead. The new information was found 15 minutes ago. The last update was an hour ago saying this was an active shooter investigation. This is new information. Shots were fired. One neighbor shows a Police Armored vehicle with what appear to be bullet holes across the windshield. It started about 1 30 this afternoon. Reporter the judge handed down the harshst penalty to him. 15 years to life in state prison for all three former a guards. Ferries, rodriguez, and lubrin have been found guilty of seconddegree murder of the mentally ill inmate. He was first down deceased in his cell in august of 2015. Family members of the guard sobbed openly. Many asked the judge for leniency in letters, but the only letter read today came from michaels sister shannon who spoke about her life sentence when she found out about his death.
