Induction ceremonies April 27
Three longtime educators and a valued district non-instructional employee will be inducted into the Educators’ Hall of Fame during ceremonies planned Tuesday, April 27.
Former Taylor County High School (TCHS) Coach Elmer Coker, math teacher Malcolm V. Page and retired educator Michael Thompson will be honored at the event, along with the late Pamela Frith Woods.

Nominations are currently being accepted for the Taylor County School District’s Educators’ Hall of Fame.
Forms are available on the district website at www.taylor.k12.fl.us.
The deadline for nominations is Friday, March 26, at noon.
Nomination forms are also available at the district office, located on Clark Street.

The Devils Lake Public Schools Development Fund is proud to support the Educator Hall of Fame for the Devils Lake Public Schools. To be eligible, the person must have been retired for at least two years, employed in the system for 15 years or more, have at least two nominations and have made a significant contribution to the school and/or students.
Your nominee can be a past educator, including educational professional staff, or a member of the teaching staff or administration from any of the elementary schools, Central Middle School, Devils Lake High School or Lake Area Career & Technology Center.
