And then applying the pci a charges on the franchise fee surcharge to get to our cleanpowersf generation rate. The new components that you all included in the ratesetting methodology, that allowed us to remain competitive, knowing that our rates are determined off the final pg e rate. They have instituted and been approved by the c. P. C. To move forward with the Public Safety power Shutoff Program where they made Power Transmission lines during certain climate conditions and weather conditions to decrease the ability of fires starting. As noted, the c. P. C. Approved this adoption of the guidelines for this as a preventive measure against imminent and significant fire risk. San francisco is consider add tier 1, which is the lowest risk for fire, but the transmission lines run through the east bay hills and up the peninsula. Those both are tier 2 and tier 3, which are higher risk areas. Turning off either side transmission lines, either south or east could lead to blackout conditions in San Francisco. The document of any interaction with these people builds a case. We got five of those individuals off the street and we continue to work to help the other 10. Officers work with dpw and rec and park have been fabulous collaborators resolving issues in our district and the officers take the enforcement action but theyre first protocol is the outreach trying to get these people housed and off the street to the best of their ability. Traffic safety is an important part of our duty. I think our officers definite are doing the Traffic Enforcement. We work closely with mta and the traffic unit, sfpd and theyve been great anytime we have an issue at any particular intersection they support us and have been a great resource for us. We do typically every week we do three to six operations. We try to do one on each shift and try to do pedestrian each week because a lot of our collisions involved pedestrians. So we try to target that aspect of the Traffic Enforcement. That is on traffic safety. T

And i turned to my friend and i said, i think im supposed to do this. I saw myself driving in this car. As a child, we never thought of police work as a possibility for women because there werent any until the mid70s, so i had only even begun to notice there were women doing this job. When i saw here, it seemed like this is what i was meant to do. One of my bosses as ben johnsons had been a cop, and he i said, i have this weird idea that i should do this. He said, i think youd be good. The department was forced to hire us, and because of all of the posters, and the big recruitment drive, we were under the impression that they were glad to have us, but in reality, most of the men did not want the women there. The other two incidents impacted me, but this issue this year, it was my son. It totally impacted our family. It impacted me, my relationship with the School District, and it impacted the way that a look at things differently. So i ask you to pleas hold people accountable to when things like this happen. We have been fortunate that nobody has been killed. Please be ready for when it does one of the things that i do ask as we do better training for staff, for line staff.
