Service Learning Programme Prepares Students Professionally and Gives Back to Dominica

The programme is a prerequisite for undergraduates, which encourages students to complete two hundred service-learning hours. In collaboration with local business owners, the programme equips students with real-world skills and helps them gain professional skills.

Focusing on upskilling and maintaining the high standard of education, teachers underwent workshops in incorporating technology in the classroom and teaching English as a second language for its Haitian, Spanish and Chinese student population.
