This is a resubmission from an application (also approved) with the only material differences being the change in position of the larger and smaller homes. According to the officer’s report: “The only change to this development proposed under this application from the previously approved one is the relocation of the larger and smaller units so that three smaller units would be where the two larger units were and likewise, the two larger units are now where the three smaller units are proposed.
