Monographs include reds in america, stolen secrets and the dawn of the cold war, loans and legitimacy, the evolution of soviet american revelations and the subject of tonights presentation which is for sale right outside. Dr. Sibly serves on the Editorial Board for american communist history and on the historical raisery committee for the United States department of state. She received her ph. D from the university of california santa barbara.
