FILM crews for Irvine Welsh s new drama Crime have been spotted in the city s Tradeston today. Production vans lined Morrison Street ahead of filming for the six-part drama, which is based on the Trainspotting novelist s 2008 Filth sequel. One member of the production team confirmed to the Glasgow Times that Crime was being filmed at the location before adding, It s going to be big .

Desperate Housewives and Mission Impossible:2 star Dougray Scott was captured on camera in the Wyndford today, which is being used as a location for the upcoming Britbox series Crime. Dougray, who has appeared on our screens for over 30 years, stars in the Trainspotting author s first TV show. A sequel to the James McAvoy-starring Filth, Crime follows the story of Ray, a police officer recovering from a mental breakdown.
