PAF holds campus peace, dev t forum in Cebu

CEBU CITY, June 5 (PIA) The Philippine Air Force Tactical Operations Wing Central (PAF TOWCEN) conducted a campus peace and development forum as one of their initiatives to help end local communist armed conflict (ELCAC) here in the country.
PAF TOWCEN 2Lt. Edibert Baguio, in an interview over DYAR radio program Kasayuran, said the forum aimed to raise awareness among the students on the recruitment activities of the communist terrorist group.
Baguio explained that this is to prevent the students from joining the leftist group. This forum will inform the students on how the group is working to persuade them to join the said group.
