Police found on the student while he was in class in mt. Healthys achieve program. The program is considered a last chance option for students with behaviorial issues. Police say the 12yearold boy threatened two students after school yesterday. He allegedly pointed the gun and said i am going to shoot you. The student was arrested today and taken to the Hamilton County juvenile detention center. In todays day and age you have to take every threat as being real and if we dont then the worst could happen and we cant wait for that to happen and we have to act now. Reporter the student has been charged with two counts of aggravated menacing, two counts of illegal posession of a fake firearm and one count of consuming alcohol. Mt. The Butler County sheriff announced two 14yearold boys were arested. They are accused of having the loaded gun but never reported it to School Administrators or teachers.
