Wilmington Convention Center
Cost: $40 per seat or $400 for a table of ten. Seats must be purchased in advance.
A trio of industrial buildings proposed in Wilmington will be the first of their kind in the area.
The three buildings make up the Wilmington Trade Center, which will be located along U.S. 421. The buildings will be the first speculative Class A industrial development constructed in New Hanover County, according to a press release about the project.
That means the buildings will include state-of-the-art features that are typically seen in larger industrial real estate markets, said Chris Norvell, the principal of Edgewater Ventures, the project s developer.
The buildings will feature 32-foot clear height, an Early Suppression Fast Response sprinkler system and a 180-foot deep truck court, according to the press release.
