running back. i throw you the football you caught it. was that a dream for you? sean: oh man, come on. let me start with charlie shouldn t. i m not going to reveal. i had a couple of e-mail exchanges with him today. very interesting to me, because what the media builds up, the media wants to knock they want this guy down on his fate in the mud and say i told you so. he s given some interviews fairly controversial. are you embarrassed that your children will read about this? no an education. this and that s the guy and he s our dad and we can get the answers and the truth, wow, winning. it is how you perceive it. i m tired of pretending that i m not special and i m not a rock star from mars. they can process me. i don t expect them to. how do you avoid slipping back into that again?
said he met with some yesterday to discuss ways in which they would return. little progress was made. a few short hours ago, governor walker delivered his budget address to a joint session of the wisconsin legislature. absent, all 14 senate democrats. democracy does not just expect differences, it demands them. it is the matter in which we discuss and resolve those differences that leads to both bold solutions and innovative reforms. let us not lose sight of the fact we were elected to represent the people of this state by participating in our democratic process. i applaud the state assembly and those in the state senate in this chamber today for not housing sight of that. sean: joining me with reaction former adviser to president george w. bush karl rove. welcome back. thanks for having me.
five yard line. i ve got to reduce our costs, become competitive, train our workers, use our great university system and leverage some of the great assets we have. this is nothing more than the way i watched ronald reagan do this to revive our country. if you give people a reason to invest, to risk-take. if you give small businesses a chance to be successful, promote entrepreneurship, you see people want to create things. we are going to let them do it again if ohio in 21st century thinking. sean: if this is a success that i anticipate it will be, it will be a model for other states. i hate to see cities i love in ohio become like detroit where they are bulldozing hoods because half the population left. neighborhoods, because half the population left. you cannot let politics stand in the way. you have to look at things intellectually, honestly. you got to put the people first, think about the kids
daily coast, chuck schumer may be involved in raising money supporting these 14 senators that not showing up for work, against they claim wisconsin law? i would be interested in what the ethics requirements are. in most states, you cannot provide room and for members of the legislature without that being considered some kind of lobbying expense. wisconsin has very tight ethics laws. it would be interesting to see how they are arranging this. if they are under the table supporting them in is providing compensation to a legislator it could be in violation of law. it would be a violation of the law in texas if you did that. sean: thanks. thanks for having me. sean: newt gingrich may be preparing to announce his candidacy. frank luntz is here to show how gop caucus voters react to him. that and our great, great american panel, next.
