I know you worked hard mpt i think this can be addressed on the city wide basis or neighborhood basis but allowing a freedom on a case by case basis is helpful and knowing larger projects along the corridors can be addressed individually and that attempt to increase Affordability Housing quotient addressed and the kind of scrutiny this had friar now allows me to be supportive as well thank you very much. Supervisor kim i just wanted to clarify my comment but what we are allowed to do under the Housing Trust fund. Where spoke quickly when i said there are limitations in terms of increasing affordability limited to special area plans and Development Agreements and other such things. Under prop c as well, if you increase significantly Development Potential there is a possibility that you can break this cap on increasing Affordability Housing. W
