Clinton County Court’s facility dog, SSD Clark, took a trip over to the Piper Building Tuesday and met the Clinton County commissioners. His handler, Ed Hosler, deputy chief probation officer for the Clinton County Probation Services, demonstrated some of SSD Clark’s skills. Clark’s main duty as a facility dog is to perform specialized tasks that will aid the county’s specialty court participants. He will primarily be in the Garden Building on third floor within the Probation Office.
