In the entire country. The 95 express lanes at garrisonville road where they end. Flyover that jams up every afternoon but they have just started a new express lane that has been under construction for the last year. This after living, the southbound lanes will open and tomorrow morning they will open in the northbound lane. This project wasnt expected to end for the next nine months but thanks to a publicprivate partnership, they were able to get this done quickly. So this extends the express lanes south and it will avoid you getting off at the heiress and bill merger which will hopefully free it up.
