BACOLOD CITY - The Negros Occidental provincial government has strengthened its campaign to further protect its natural resources through the establishment of the Provincial Education and Advocacy Center for Environment or PEACE. As of Tuesday, the Provincial Environment Management Office (PEMO), tasked to manage the center, has networked with at least 22 organizations serving as environmental partners, which harmoniously work together based on their respective mandates towards environmental sustainability.
