Regional marketing board wins two national awards Back to video The Economic Developers Association of Canada (EDAC) announced this week that the board won in the top Advertising Campaign and Video categories at EDAC’s annual Marketing Canada Awards, which highlights up-and-coming best practices in marketing and community initiatives. The winning advertising campaign celebrated the board’s Staycation Sweepstakes, an eight-week local marketing campaign during July and August 2020 in which residents of the Bay of Quinte communities of Belleville, Brighton, Quinte West and Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte could enter weekly to win a $500 staycation, for a total of $4,000 in giveaways.
