Date Time Stage one works to start at Echuca East A $6.94 million redevelopment of the Echuca East Recreation Reserve is a step closer with stage one works to start on Friday, 16 July. Campaspe Shire Mayor, Cr Chrissy Weller said the contract was recently awarded with the contractor, Intrec, to move onto the site from Friday, 16 July. “This exciting project for Echuca East will see a barren area converted to an active community play space that will improve the health and wellbeing of the local community,” Cr Weller said. “Stage one works involve the construction of a large community multi-purpose building, onsite parking and playground.”
