JACKSONVILLE, Fla. A Duval County grand jury indicted four men on first-degree murder charges for their role in three separate incidents that occurred in Jacksonville, the State Attorney s Office announced Thursday.
The grand jury returned first-degree murder charges for Daisean Biffle, Stephen Hand, Jerry Burns and Owen Laureano-Cosme.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. A man accused in a fatal shooting at the Jacksonville Amazon fulfillment center last year is now charged with first-degree murder.
Daisean Biffle is accused of killing his girlfriend Ebony Nicholas, 22, at the Pecan Park Road facility where both worked last September, then shooting himself.
Biffle was initially charged with second-degree murder but court records show he was indicted on the more severe charges Thursday.

The State Attorney’s Office on Monday released evidence it has collected while investigating a deadly shooting at the Jacksonville Amazon center.
Ebony Nicholas, 22, was shot and killed last September at the Amazon center on Pecan Park Road, where she and her boyfriend, Daisean Biffle, worked.
Biffle, 22, was arrested and charged with her death and has pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder. According to his arrest warrant, Biffle went to Amazon and asked workers where Nicholas was. Investigators determined Biffle shot Nicholas, then shot himself and survived.
