We are delighted to host this seminar with Dr Sinead Walsh, Climate Envoy and Deputy DG for Irish Aid and Africa, to speak about Ireland’s role on the International climate agenda at the Security Council and beyond.
Dr Sinead Walsh is Ireland’s Climate Envoy since 2020. Prior to this she served as the EU Ambassador to South Sudan. She has worked for Ireland’s Department of Foreign Affairs since 2009. She was a Senior Fellow at the Harvard Humanitarian Initiative in 2016/17. Prior to this, she served as the Ambassador of Ireland to Sierra Leone and Liberia and the Head of Irish Aid in the two countries, based in Freetown from 2011 to 2016. She has also worked in DFA HQ roles on multi-lateral organisations, international financial institutions and civil society engagement.

Previously, he spent nearly four years serving at Minnow Films where he was responsible for the outfit’s global expansion. As director of development, he worked with streaming platforms on such commissions as
Bad Boy Billionaires for Netflix, and oversaw a slate of premium series and feature docs for HBO, Amazon and Sky Documentaries.
Prior to Minnow, Moulton worked at David Glover and Mark Raphael’s 72 Films and multimedia prodco Ten Alps, a division of Zinc Media Group. His past production credits have included such projects as the BAFTA-winning
