(ADAM PROSKIW / iNFOnews.ca) February 08, 2021 - 1:14 PM Residents in Brocklehurst might have noticed a large police presence early this morning when Kamloops RCMP responded to an armed robbery. Kamloops RCMP have three people in custody after one had allegedly robbed a man of his bike on Ord Road. He appeared to be carrying a firearm at the time. Officers arrived on the scene around 7:15 a.m. today, Feb. 8, after the robbery was reported. The suspect’s vehicle was located nearby and several people were arrested, media relations officer Const. Crystal Evelyn said. An airsoft pistol and a quantity of drugs were seized by police during the investigation.
