No other details are available right now. An Amber Alert was issued Wednesday night for two missing Iredell County children. The Iredell County Sheriff s Office was searching for Easton Redmon, 4, and Annsleigh Redmon, 2. The alert was canceled around 2:30 a.m. the next morning, according to NCDPS.  Deputies said Amanda Redman, 25, is accused of taking the children, who were last seen at 115 Dobson Farm Road in Statesville, traveling to Augusta, Georgia. They were believed to be in a gray 2014 Honda Odyssey with NC license tag number HAD-6654.

The children were found safe. The Amber Alert was issued before 10 p.m. and canceled around 2:30 a.m. Officials said 4-year-old Easton G. Redmon and 2-year-old Annsleigh R. Redmon were last seen at 115 Dobson Farm Road in Statesville. Easton is about 3-feet 6-inches tall and weighs 50 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a pink and blue checkered button-up shirt and dark-colored shorts. Annsleigh is about 2-feet tall and weighs 25 pounds. She is described as having brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a green shirt with gold graphics and cream-colored pants.

(WBTV) - Deputies have charged a mother with felony abduction of her two children who were at the center of a North Carolina AMBER Alert. Amanda J. Redmon, 26, was arrested and charged with felony child abduction after an AMBER Alert was canceled for two children believed to have been abducted in Iredell County. The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office says 4-year-old Easton G. Redmon and 2-year-old Annsleigh R. Redmon were found safe just before 1 a.m. Thursday in Georgia.
