FALL RIVER Yet another downtown restaurant and bar is scheduled to open soon. The news comes less than two weeks since the new owner of the Cultural Center building on South Main Street gave details to the Herald News about his own European-style restaurant that had just opened for business. The Cultural Center is located between Borden Place West apartments and Rite Aid Pharmacy at the corner of Spring and South Main streets. The Besse System building, named for a popular clothing chain during the first half of the 20th century, sits at the southerly corner of Spring and South Main streets and contains the former Adagio Piano Lounge.
