Queer and trans nuns has become a San Francisco institution, spreading joy while capturing the publics interest. Coincidentally march 31st is also transgender day of visibility. Three sisters came from around the world to celebrate in their founding city. We all come together in the spirit of togetherness and joy to spread that joy and give it to other people, and that just recharges the battery for me. The event offered activities for people of all ages, including an Easter Egg Hunt and games for children. There was also an Easter Bonnet competition and later in the day, hunky jesus and foxy mary contests. About 100 people hiked up to the highest point in San Francisco at sunrise today. It was all part of a 100 year old easter tradition. A crowd of worshipers gathered at the Mount Davidson cross. It stands about 100ft tall. This Easter Service is intended to renew hope regardless of your background or what you believe in, this beautiful moment of unity and simplicity as we all gather

Area churches are returning to in-person services this Easter. A list of some of this morning’s services is below. EASTER WORSHIP SERVICES
Molino/Cantonment
Aldersgate United Methodist Church in Molino Morning worship will take place at 10 a.m. The church is located at 6915 North Highway 29, just south of the Highway 97 intersection.
Highland Baptist Church in Molino will have an Easter Egg Hunt for kids and a family devotion at 9:30 a.m. Sunday. Easter Services will be held at 10:45 a.m.
Pursue Life Church Easter Services will begin at 10 a.m. Sunday in the Tate High School Cafeteria.
Easter Sunday Service at Victory Assembly Of God will be at 10:30 a.m. at 1895 Victory Road in Cantonment.
