The Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office told WXLV that they received a report about an injured animal at a home on East Twenty-Third Street last Wednesday.
Winston-Salem police responded to a shooting on East Twenty-Third Street and found Oscar Daniel Noyola Lopez suffering from a gunshot wound when they arrived.
