Two adults injured in San Jose shooting

Two adults were shot and injured on North Ninth Street in San Jose on Thursday night, authorities said.
San Jose police released few details Thursday night, but said on Twitter that two adults sustained non-life-threatening injuries in a double shooting on the 200 block of North Ninth Street in San Jose at 7:39 p.m.
Police said there was no suspect information available at around 8:30 p.m. Thursday.
North Ninth Street was closed between Julian and East St. James streets on Thursday night.
Police asked people to avoid the area while investigators were at the scene.
