Moment. Harassment on the job whether we are puck works, cleaning up an Illegal Dumping sight. Reporter hundreds of local Union Workers gathered outside the plaza this afternoon to begin the strike. They marched to 14th and madison at the Islamic Cultural Center where mayor schaaf will be giving her address in 30 minutes. Three city is operating at the same time as the recession and the mayor is touting the growth that the city is seeing. The workers are feeling the brunt of the growing pains and bargaining isnt going well and they have been at this for six months. They want to see action, too. Most workers are part time with no health benefits. We are told the majority of the workers if not 50 50 are now part time whereas opposed before 2018 it used to be more than half of the workers so mayor schaaf did say that she respects the right to protest. Yeah. We have been bargaining in good faith for a long time for five months. And i am very optimistic that we will reach a resolution. This
