Nikki you spoke with the new mayor today. Quentin hart brought up the Voting Rights act, celebrating 50 years in august. He says there are many people. Black and white who have sacrificed for hart to have these opportunities. A special moment tuesday night for the man born and raised in waterloo. There are no papers in wanted to become mayor.
