Meridian High School recent graduate Taleah Anderson lauded the efforts of The Carter Foundation Friday, saying the nonprofit and its founders have helped her gain confidence and develop leadership skills.

Madison County Schools recently announced Ben Dew will serve as Director of Operations for the district. Mr. Dew brings more than two decades of experience in education to the role as a teacher and coach at the high school and community college level.
