Last week the Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety ratified the 2023 Street Paving Projects award made by Street Superintendent Jim Marquardt. During the May 22nd meeting the Board opened three bids, from Milestone Contractors North Inc. from South Bend, Rieth Riley Construction Co. Inc from South Bend, and E&B Paving Inc. from Rochester.
