Due to the winter weather forecasted for Thursday evening, a "Midnight Clear" for ice/snow removal has been declared for Thursday night, Feb. 24, at Penn State's University Park campus. As a result, parking will be prohibited at all faculty/staff surface parking lots on campus, including Innovation Park, from midnight Thursday through 7 a.m. Friday (Feb. 25). This restriction includes University vehicles and applies to all employee work shifts, regardless of reporting time.

The roof levels of all five campus parking decks also will remain closed until further notice.
