As the temperatures warm and snow melts, five waterways in northern Utah are forecasted to experience minor flooding over the next few days, according to the National Weather Service.
Cities across the Wasatch Front are preparing for higher stream flows and potentially more flooding in the coming days, as high temperatures are expected to return to the state.
Flood watches will go into effect in certain areas of Utah as early as Friday evening as warm temperatures are expected to begin the spring snowmelt over the weekend.
