Downtown park will offer green space, outdoor seating, fountain
Economic Development Director Kimberly Spears says the park will offer a lot of green space, outdoor seating and a fountain. Magnetic South Brewery will also have outdoor seating as well as an outdoor bar facing the park, allowing guests to buy food and drinks without having to go inside the brewery.
Wright said he and the city wanted to create a place where people could hang out and get a bite to eat, drink a beer and listen to live music. A place parents could bring their families to, including their dogs.
