Goal: Punish the person behind the torture and death of an innocent cat.
A cat suffered painful, traumatic injuries and died due to a horrific act of animal cruelty. Her tail had been degloved and her spine, as well as multiple other bones, sustained severe fractures. The person behind this abuse is still at large and they must be stopped before another animal falls victim.
“Vets believe the cat may have been tied up with the washing line, tethered, beaten and deliberately set upon by dogs,” stated Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA) Inspector Krissy Raine. A passerby found the animal in a puddle of mud next to a bench in a nature reserve just north of Hartlepool. Plastic washing line had been tied in knots around her neck and her ears had been either bitten off or removed. Someone cut her microchip out of her body, suggesting a deliberate act of torture.
