The Alameda County coroner identified the motorcyclist as a 35yearold man from san lorenzo. Erics are musen joins us with information about maybe his death was not an accident. Reporter investigators say alcohol was involved. There was some sort of altercation. Friends say the 35yearold, jose was simply on his bike and headed home to san lorenzo when he was killed. Southbound 80 near the overpass in lock land, chp officers found several cars, one burned, a man on a motorcycle down. Despite efforts to save him, the 35yearold died at the scene. It was tragic.
