Earlham College plans to bring back in-person living for students for fall 2021 semester
The school will also hold an outdoor commencement ceremony for class of 2021, with limited number of guests

RICHMOND, Ind. Earlham College plans to bring students back to campus for in-person living and learning for the fall 2021 semester.
Earlham successfully resumed in-person classes and intercollegiate athletics this spring, and will continue observing guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as well as local and state rules to ensure safety for students and employees as the COVID-19 pandemic evolves, according to a release.
“We have been successful in keeping our doors open for students this year because of our care for one another and demonstrating our commitment to reducing the spread of COVID-19 by testing regularly, social distancing, wearing masks and avoiding large gatherings,” Earlham President Anne Houtman said in the release.
