Though I graduated high school in 1980, I have never attended a class reunion. This year would have been our 40th reunion if not for COVID-19. I was considering going for the first time in 40 years. However, sometimes delaying decisions can come back to haunt us if we are not careful. Whether or not any of us will get another opportunity to attend a class reunion remains to be seen. No matter how hard we hope, none of us know what the future holds regarding class reunions or anything else in our lives.
When I was younger, the reason I did not attend class reunions was because I felt they were nothing more than a show of success.
