A 28-year-old man from Blackburn has been missing for three days - however his car was spotted this morning. Joshua Hughes was last seen in the Rossall Terrace area of the town on Monday evening (May 10). There have been no sightings of him since however his Citroen C3 was seen on Earcroft Way, Darwen, just before 12.50am today (May 13). Joshua, who has links to Blackburn and Bolton, is described as white, 5ft 8ins, of a slim build, with shaven dark blonde hair, and a short blonde/ginger beard. He has a tattoo of a tarantula on his left forearm. PC Neil Wells, of Lancashire Police, said: “We are becoming increasingly concerned for Joshua’s welfare and need to get in contact with him as soon as possible.
